I really appreciated the email the day before confirming the booking as I was in Dubrovnik so it was a comfort to know the booking which I did weeks before was still on the records. Very slick operation. Also the driver suggested using a border crossing in the mountains rather than the main town one to save time and it did take maybe 15 minutes with only 2 cars ahead in the queue.

Really pleased with the overall experience. Used the service 4 times during our 2 week holiday and had experience of 3 different drivers. Each driver turned up punctually and were each very courteous and polite. Vehicles were clean and comfortable and the wifi was a welcome service, particularly on the longer journeys. Like the email reminder the day before.
