The driver was scheduled to pick us up from Portoroz and she was very punctual. When we reached Rovinj, she even helped us to ask for directions to our apartment. As the apartment was located in the old town, vehicular traffic is restricted and we had to alight a distance away. However, the driver was patient enough to assist us in ensuring that we are heading in the right direction.

Our driver was waiting for us with our name clearly displayed when we arrived at the airport. He helped us with our luggage and was polite and courteous. On the return trip he was outside the hotel ready and waiting and got us to the airport in good time. A very positive and hassle free trip and also the best value we had found.
